U.E.T Taxila successfully organized the Sports Week 2023, under the guidance of our Honorable Director Sports. The event took place from November 6 to November 10, 2023.

The opening ceremony, held on November 6, 2023, was graced by the presence of our respected chief guest, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaiser-uz-Zaman Khan, of UET Taxila.

A total of 13 games were featured, including 8 for men and 5 for women, showcasing a diverse range of sporting talents. Specialized referees were appointed for key sports like hockey, basketball, football, and cricket, ensuring fair play and an enriching experience for all participants.

The well-organized and supervised event saw enthusiastic participation from students, who showcased their skills and sportsmanship throughout the games. Notable games and outstanding performances were witnessed, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere for all attendees.

The closing ceremony, held on November 15, 2023, brought together the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Prof Dr. Javad Hussain, DSA, Prof Dr. Tabassum Nawaz, Senior Dean, Prof Dr. Adnan Habib, All Chairmen of respective departments, All Sectional Heads, Director Sports, Muhammad Akmal Hussain, Faculty Members, Staff, and other distinguished guests, along with students. The ceremony celebrated achievements of the participants by awarding them with their well-earned trophies and certificates. Overall ,the final day marked the successful conclusion of the Sports Week, leaving lasting memories for everyone involved.
